Ravi Singhania is the managing partner of Singhania & Partners, a full-service Indian law firm recognised for its strengths in corporate advisory, cross-border transactions, and complex dispute resolution.
With over three decades of experience, he has advised a diverse client base ranging from Indian government ministries and public sector undertakings to Fortune 1000 and multinational companies, including American Bureau of Shipping, Denel, National Instruments, and Standard & Poor’s, among others.
His core areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, employment law, real estate, and the enforcement of foreign awards and judgments. He regularly works with international law firms and in-house legal teams as India counsel, delivering commercially sound, cross-border legal solutions.
Since 2004, he has collaborated closely with the World Bank on foreign direct investment and regulatory matters and has been a regular contributor to the Doing Business in India publications. His experience also includes advising central and state government bodies on infrastructure projects, divestment strategies, and policy initiatives.

Beyond legal practice, he is the chairperson of Singhania University in Rajasthan’s Jhunjhunu District, where he focuses on institution-building, strategic development, and expanding access to quality higher education, particularly in underserved regions.
