A seasoned lawyer with nearly four decades of experience, Priti Suri is the founder and managing partner of PSA, a business firm in New Delhi, which she established and developed at a time when few women were doing so. She represents international and domestic clients on a wide range of business and commercial matters across industries. While steering cross-border transactions she has earned recognition for her resolution-oriented business approach.

Suri was named “Woman Lawyer of the Year – India & Middle East” at the Thomson Reuters ALB Women in Law Awards (2023). She is the only Asian recipient of ABA’s Mayre Rasmussen Award for advancing gender equality in international law and has been ranked among India’s Top Lawyers by IBLJ for 10 consecutive years since 2016 and listed as a “Legal Icon”. Known for building vibrant professional networks, Suri remains committed to mentoring the next generation of lawyers and bridge gaps between jurisdictions and cultures.

An active member of international bar, she is the current President-Elect of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
